Wayne T. Lamprey
After serving as assistant U.S. Attorney for six years, Wayne T. Lamprey has rejoined Goodin MacBride as a litigation Attorney and head of the practice group for "whistleblower" actions under the False Claims Act. His expertise in this arena is widely recognized: he won one of the largest financial institution fraud cases, recovering $100 million for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

As assistant U.S. Attorney, Northern District of California, Criminal Division, from 1991-97, he prosecuted white-collar crime in many areas of fraud, including securities, bank, savings and loan, government contract, health care and investment. He has argued numerous appeals before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and has received many awards from the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences on investigating and prosecuting fraud.
