Marlo Go Stroud joined Goodin MacBride's regulatory group in 2009. She practices before the California Public Utilities Commission, focusing on regulatory and policy matters concerning the telecommunications and energy industries.

Previously, she spent four years as counsel for CTIA-The Wireless Association®, a Washington, D.C., trade association, where she advocated on behalf of the wireless industry before the Federal Communications Commission and managed CTIA's legal activities. Previously, she served at the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, primarily focusing on vaccine litigation issues. While a student at Catholic University, she served as a law clerk to FCC Commissioner Kathleen Q. Abernathy and for the International Bureau.

Ms. Go earned her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in 1999 from the University of Florida and J.D. in 2002 from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America, where she was also a member of the Communications Law Institute.
