James D. Squeri concentrates primarily on regulatory issues before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), with his main focus on telecommunications and energy. His practice involves all aspects of regulation affecting the supply, delivery and consumption of natural gas, electricity and oil.
He joined Goodin MacBride in 1986, coming from the San Francisco law firm of Graham & James. Before that, Mr. Squeri was legal counsel to the CPUC from 1975-83, and an administrative law judge.
Mr. Squeri graduated from Stanford University in 1971, and earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1975.
